RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At BohoGene, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we hope you’ll love everything, but understand if you need to make a return. We will accept unused and unwashed items with original packaging for returns within 7 (7) days of purchase on the BohoGene website. All decisions on returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of BohoGene.

Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange policy at this time. You will need to first return the item you do not want, and then place a fresh order for what you like.
